REGULATION OF AIR SUPPLY TO

OVEN AND GRILL BURNERS

Using a cross-head screwdriver, slacken

the screw securing the air flow regula-

tion collar (fig. 8.11 and 8.12) and move

the collar forward or backward to

increase or reduce the air aperture in

accordance with gas type and the indi-

cations in the “

TABLE FOR THE

CHOICE OF THE INJECTORS

”.

Light the burner and check the flame.
